It includes everything needed to design and manage your project from start to finish. It starts with an initial consultation to gather all the information necessary to develop the project. Then we begin the conceptual development of the space, including all the draft drawings, renderings and technical drawings; lighting design; materials selection; furniture and accessories selection (if included) and project management until the completion of the project.
Investment: Minimum design fee of $5,000.00 – The total investment fee will be calculated based on the particular project’s scope of work.
Design in a day
Experience a one on one design session with a professional designer and get a specific direction for your project. It includes a conceptual design strategy, recommendations on space planning, furniture placement, lighting, custom made built-ins, paint colors, window treatments and artwork. At the end of the session you’ll have a detailed strategy to follow to complete your project. This service does not includes conceptual drawings or renderings. It includes a mood board or floor plan with pictures of the suggested options.
Investment: Consult fee $900.00 – 6 hour session.
Custom made furniture
Get a unique furniture piece or cabinetry for your space. Whether a wall unit, bookshelf, accent table, floating shelves or a desk, we can design it.
Investment: Will be determined based on the particular project.
